1. Refund Policy
   ● Time to apply for a refund: You can apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. When applying for a refund, please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in good condition, and includes the original packaging and all tags.
   ● Applicable products: The refund policy applies to all purchases of Plain Textile Door Curtains. Personalized or customized products are not eligible for this refund policy unless the refund is due to quality issues.
2. How to apply for a refund
   If you wish to apply for a refund, please follow the steps below:
   ● Contact our customer service team and send an email to ironflint@plaintextiledoor.com with your order number and refund request.
   ● We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address and relevant information.
   ● Please retain the tracking number of the return courier during transportation so that we can confirm the status of your return.
3. Refund Processing
   ●Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, without any signs of damage or use, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be returned to your original payment method and will usually be credited within 5 business days after processing is completed.
   ●Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the refund is due to the wrong item or quality issues.
4. Quality Issues and Damaged Items
   If the item you received is defective or damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will provide free return and exchange services. Please provide relevant photos and instructions to help us expedite your request.
